At the 2026 semi-annual results briefing held on September 4, Bank Of Lanzhou Co.,Ltd.'s director and board secretary, Zhang Shaowei, announced that the bank completed the distribution of dividends for the 2025 interim period and the annual dividend on February 9 and June 24, 2026, respectively.

On May 29, 2026, the shareholders' meeting approved a proposal authorizing the board to determine the 2026 interim profit distribution plan. This authorization empowers the board to formulate and implement a specific interim dividend plan within the stipulated timeframe, provided profit distribution conditions are met. A separate announcement will be made once the plan is finalized.

Zhang highlighted that the bank's market value management is coordinated by the board office. Bank Of Lanzhou Co.,Ltd. places significant emphasis on creating shareholder value and delivering reasonable returns. It has established institutional frameworks such as the "Market Value Management Measures" and the "Valuation Enhancement Plan." Since its listing, the bank has distributed a cumulative cash dividend of RMB 2.854 billion, which is 1.4 times the funds raised from its initial public offering, thereby providing tangible returns to investors.
