Sunshine Insurance Group Co Ltd (06963) announced that it has recently received an official approval document from the National Financial Regulatory Administration regarding the qualification of Yang Dan to serve as a supervisor of the company.

According to the approval, the National Financial Regulatory Administration has officially cleared Ms. Yang Dan for the position of employee supervisor of Sunshine Insurance Group, with her appointment taking effect from October 8, 2026.

Due to the expiration of his term, Mr. Zhuang Liang has ceased to serve as the company's employee supervisor and chairman of the board of supervisors, effective from the same date of October 8, 2026.
