KWAN YONG (09998) announced that the group, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Kwan Yong Construction Pte Ltd, has been awarded a construction contract worth approximately S$56.5 million. The contract was granted by Singapore's Ministry of Health for the proposed construction of a nursing home at Bukit Purmei Road in Singapore. Construction works are expected to commence in December 2025.
