Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it bought back 15,000 ordinary shares on Apr, 08 2026 and will cancel the repurchased stock.

The company added that, after the cancellation, its issued share capital comprises 293,087,530 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, and it holds no treasury shares.

Shareholders can use the updated share count when calculating any disclosure obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
