BAIJIN LIFE SCI (01466) announced that on September 29, 2025 (after trading hours on the Stock Exchange), the Company (as issuer) entered into separate subscription agreements with subscribers to subscribe for an aggregate of 40 million subscription shares at a subscription price of HK$0.48 per share. The subscription price represents a discount of approximately 14.29% to the closing price of HK$0.56 per share as quoted on the Stock Exchange on September 29, 2025 (being the date of the subscription agreements). The subscription will raise net proceeds of approximately HK$19.1 million, which is intended to be used as general working capital of the Group.
