Key matters for shareholder approval 1. Ordinary Resolution: Adjustment of remuneration for the Company’s independent non-executive directors. 2. Special Resolution: Amendments to the Articles of Association.

Shareholder eligibility and timetable • Register closure: 3–6 August 2026 (both dates inclusive).
