Nanofilm Technologies International Limited announced the transfer of 136,902 treasury shares on Oct, 02 2026 to satisfy vesting under its Nanofilm Restricted Share Plan.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury share balance fell to 14.61 million from 14.74 million, representing 2.25% of its 648.84 million issued shares, down from 2.27% previously.

The shares were transferred at 0.84 Singapore dollars each, based on the closing price on the transaction date.
