Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) reported on Aug, 13 2026 that it executed five corporate structure changes between Jan, 1 2026 and Jun, 30 2026, establishing two wholly owned subsidiaries and dissolving three indirect subsidiaries.

ST Engineering Defence Aviation Services Pte. Ltd. incorporated ST Engineering Philippines Inc. on Apr, 14 2026 in the Philippines. The new entity, capitalised at about P11.96 million, will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for defence platforms and related activities, positioning the group to capture local defence and security opportunities.

On May, 8 2026, ST Engineering RHQ Ltd incorporated ST Engineering Aerospace Composites Ltd in the United Kingdom. The wholly owned unit, formed with an issued capital of £2, will focus on developing composite technology for civil aerospace applications to support the group’s technology roadmap.

As part of its on-going rationalisation programme, ST Engineering dissolved three indirect subsidiaries: Singapore-based Newtec Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. on Feb, 8 2026; Newtec America, Inc. in the United States on May, 1 2026; and iDirect International, Inc., also in the United States, on the same date. Each entity had been wholly owned by ST Engineering through its satellite communications business.

ST Engineering said the incorporations and dissolutions do not have a material impact on its consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the current financial year.
