The China Unicom (Qinghai) Green Electricity Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. computing power service project has officially opened for bidding.

According to the project announcement, the budget for this procurement is set at 1,757,753,569 yuan. The scope of the project involves the supply of a service capability list with a single-node performance of no less than 18 PFLOPS@FP16 (non-sparse), covering a total of 256 nodes for a cluster. This requires a total of 4,608 PFLOPS@FP16 (non-sparse).

The delivery deadline is 100 calendar days from the date the contract is signed. The service period is 60 months, with the service location in Xining, Qinghai Province. The technical requirements must meet national standards, industry standards, and the technical specifications.

The first bidder shortlisted is Yuanjiao Tulin (Qinghai) Data Technology Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 1,705,018,368 yuan. Their quality meets the required standards, and the delivery period is 90 days.

The second bidder is Beijing Husheng Holding Group Co., Ltd., with a bid price of 1,705,019,904 yuan. Their quality also meets the required standards, and the delivery period is 100 days.
