CHINA AEROSPACE (00031) announced that between April 17, 2025, and January 27, 2026, its directly wholly-owned subsidiary, Aerospace New Century, sold convertible bonds of Ruihuatai with a total principal amount of RMB 589.94 million through a series of transactions on the open market. The total consideration for these sales was approximately RMB 70.839 million. Following this first disposal, the principal amount of the remaining Ruihuatai convertible bonds held by Aerospace New Century was RMB 41.5 million.

Between December 8, 2025, and December 19, 2025, Aerospace New Century sold a total of 1.49 million Ruihuatai shares through a series of transactions on the open market, representing approximately 0.83% of Ruihuatai's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement. The total consideration for the share sales was approximately RMB 28.784 million, equivalent to an average price of about RMB 19.32 per Ruihuatai share.

Following this second disposal, Aerospace New Century holds a total of 40,593,059 Ruihuatai shares, representing approximately 22.55% of Ruihuatai's total issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.
