China Baoli Technologies (00164) has announced that all conditions precedent set out in the subscription agreements have been fulfilled and satisfied, and the subscription was completed on October 13, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreements.

A total of 133 million subscription shares were successfully allotted and issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.481 per subscription share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreements.

The net proceeds from the subscription amounted to approximately HK$60.3 million.
