On April 2, Bank of Qingdao held its 2025 performance briefing. Regarding dividends, Board Secretary Zhang Qiaowen stated that for 2025, the bank plans a cash dividend of 1.8 yuan per 10 shares, with a total payout amounting to approximately 1.048 billion yuan. This marks the first time the dividend amount has exceeded the 1 billion yuan threshold, representing a significant increase compared to the previous year.
Zhang Qiaowen further indicated that Bank of Qingdao has consistently prioritized returns for its shareholders over the years. Since its A-share listing in 2019, the cumulative dividend amount, including the 2025 cash dividend, has now surpassed 6.4 billion yuan. The average dividend payout ratio relative to the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders is approximately 30.91%.
Zhang Qiaowen noted that the bank is committed to establishing a stable, timely, and sustainable investment return mechanism. It pledges, through its articles of association and shareholder return plans, to distribute no less than 20% of the annual distributable profit attributable to ordinary shareholders as dividends.
Zhang Qiaowen expressed that management has strong confidence in Bank of Qingdao's long-term high-quality development prospects and the enhancement of its long-term investment value. The bank is willing to share the benefits of its development with all investors and further improve investor satisfaction with returns.
