Hybrid Kinetic Group Limited (the “Company”) revealed that it has fully settled the debt related to the winding-up petition mentioned in its 19 August 2025 announcement. The parties subsequently filed a consent summons to withdraw the petition, and on 15 October 2025, the High Court issued an order to formally withdraw it.

According to the announcement dated 17 October 2025, trading in the Company’s shares remains suspended. The suspension took effect on 1 April 2025 and will continue pending fulfillment of the resumption guidance set forth by the Stock Exchange. The Company has advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities and to seek independent professional advice if in doubt.
