Elite UK REIT announced an advanced distribution of 1.44 pence per unit for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Jun, 24 2026.

The distribution will be paid entirely from tax-exempt income, meaning no Singapore income tax will be withheld from unitholders.

Unitholders whose Central Depository accounts are credited with units as at 5:00 p.m. on Jun, 24 2026 will qualify for the payment, which is scheduled to be distributed on or around Aug, 11 2026.

Units issued under the current private placement will not participate in this advanced distribution. The next distribution will cover earnings from the private placement issue date through Dec, 31 2026, after which Elite UK REIT intends to resume semi-annual distributions.
