YEE HOP HLDGS (01662) announced the completion of a share subscription whereby the subscriber (YEE HOP Investment Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) has subscribed for 15 million shares in the target company Trio AI Limited, representing approximately 51.73% of the enlarged issued share capital of the target company.

The board of directors is pleased to announce that all prerequisites set out in the subscription agreement have been satisfied. The subscription was completed on October 14, 2025. The target company has allotted and issued a total of 15 million shares to the subscriber for a total consideration of HK$15 million.

Following the completion of the subscription, the target company has become a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the group, and its financial results will be consolidated into the group's accounts.
