Linklogis Inc. has declared a final special dividend of HKD 0.06 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to the company’s announcement dated 31 March 2026.

Shareholders will vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting scheduled for 16 June 2026. If approved, the key timetable is as follows: the stock will trade ex-dividend on 22 June 2026; the share register will close from 24 June 2026 to 26 June 2026; the record date is set for 26 June 2026; and cash payments are slated for 17 July 2026.
