NIU HOLDINGS (08619) announced that due to the company's potential future business operations shifting to China, it has commercially decided to engage an accounting firm with relevant networks, resources, and familiarity with China's business environment. Consequently, the Board notified Evergreen (HK) CPA Limited of the proposed change in auditors, and Evergreen agreed to resign as the company's auditor effective November 28, 2025.

Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board resolved to appoint Teda CPA Limited as the new auditor to immediately fill the vacancy left by Evergreen's resignation. Teda CPA will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
