Singtel confirms liquidators for Singtel Strategy winding-up

Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Z74) said on Mar, 30 2026 that the appointment of Mr. Liu Shao Xuan and Ms. Lim Li Rong as joint and several liquidators of its wholly owned subsidiary, Singtel Strategy Pte. Ltd., has been confirmed.

Singtel Strategy had served as the holding company for the group’s investment in the Amobee business, which was divested in Sep, 2022.

The company added that the winding-up of Singtel Strategy is not expected to have any material impact on Singtel’s net tangible assets or earnings per share.
