Bank of Jiujiang Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 06190) has published its eighth Environmental, Social and Governance Report, covering the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 and all 272 operating outlets.
The Board-supervised strategy committee and risk management committee continue to steer ESG governance. All seven specialised board committees recorded 100 % attendance across 45 meetings during the year.
Environmental highlights • Green credit balance rose 18.49 % year on year to RMB45.61 billion, driven by products such as “Guangfu Loan”, “Digital Carbon Financing” and CCER forest-sink pledge loans. • Carbon-emission-reduction loans totalled RMB2.60 billion. • The bank issued RMB20.39 million of green bonds to support clean energy, ecological protection and green infrastructure projects. • Total greenhouse-gas emissions (Scopes 1-3) were 3,204 tons of CO₂-equivalent, or 0.55 tons per employee.
Social and inclusive finance • Inclusive micro- and small-enterprise (MSE) loans expanded to RMB63.45 billion, serving 57,843 MSE customers. • The network operates 830 rural service stations, giving all 49 assisted villages 100 % financial-service coverage. • Total employees stood at 5,944, of which 54.42 % are women; average training reached 88.52 hours per person. • The “Xiaojiu” volunteer team organised 342 activities, logging 3,400 service hours, while the in-house charity foundation donated RMB1.15 million.
Governance and risk • Updated ESG Risk Management Measures integrate climate and social factors into the lending lifecycle. • Zero work-related fatalities were reported; the labour-contract signing rate and social-insurance coverage remained at 100 %.
