IMPACT Therapeutics, Inc. has announced that its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for 2026 will be held on Monday, 27 July 2026.

The company’s register of members will be closed from Wednesday, 22 July 2026, to Monday, 27 July 2026 (both dates inclusive), during which period no share transfers will be processed. Shareholders recorded on the register on 27 July 2026, or their duly authorised representatives, will be eligible to attend and vote at the EGM.

To qualify for attendance, shareholders must lodge properly completed transfer documents together with the relevant share certificates with the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) no later than 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 21 July 2026.

A circular, notice of meeting and proxy form—detailing the venue, agenda and resolutions—will be dispatched to shareholders and published on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and IMPACT Therapeutics in accordance with applicable regulations and the company’s articles of association.

As of the announcement date (8 July 2026), the board comprises nine directors: three executive directors (Dr. Sui Xiong Cai, Dr. Ye Edward Tian, Ms. Ning Ma), three non-executive directors (Dr. Cong Xu, Dr. Qiang Xu, Mr. Tao Liu) and three independent non-executive directors (Dr. Edward Ming Guo, Mr. Chi Hung Siu, Dr. Liming Shao).
