NT PHARMA (01011) has announced that following further discussions with its auditor during the audit process and based on audit work completed to the date of this announcement, the Board wishes to further inform shareholders and potential investors that the Group expects to recognize a one-time non-cash gain of approximately HKD 15.4 million (equivalent to roughly RMB 14.1 million) related to the issuance of new shares for debt settlement. Consequently, the Group's anticipated loss for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, is expected to be reduced by approximately HKD 15.4 million (equivalent to roughly RMB 14.1 million) compared to the figure disclosed in the previous announcement. The revised expected net loss is now projected to be in the range of approximately RMB 10.9 million to RMB 15.9 million.
