Legend Holdings Corporation has updated its final-dividend announcement for the year ended 31 December 2025, clarifying withholding-tax arrangements and the HKD conversion method.

The board proposes an ordinary final dividend of RMB 0.10 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting on 26 June 2026. Shares will trade ex-dividend on 30 June 2026; the register will be closed from 3 July to 8 July 2026, with the record date fixed at 8 July 2026. Payment is scheduled for 28 August 2026.

Although declared in RMB, the dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars. The conversion rate will equal the average RMB/HKD selling price published by the People’s Bank of China for the calendar week preceding the AGM.

Withholding-tax framework: • Non-resident enterprises: 10% enterprise income tax. • Non-resident individuals who are Hong Kong or Macau residents, or whose jurisdictions have a 10% treaty rate: 10% individual income tax. • Non-resident individuals from treaty jurisdictions below 10%: 10% withheld, with excess refundable upon application. • Non-resident individuals from jurisdictions with a 20% treaty rate, no treaty, or other circumstances: 20% individual income tax. • Domestic individual investors and securities funds accessing H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax; domestic enterprise investors via Stock Connect are exempt.
