SR MEDICAL: Chunxian Wei Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 89.89%

On August 12, 2026, Chunxian Wei disposed of shares of SR MEDICAL on the SEHK open market (on-exchange active trade), representing a direct secondary market dealing.

Prior to the disposal, Chunxian Wei's long position in SR MEDICAL was 3.04 billion shares, representing 91.48%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 2.99 billion shares, with the long position ratio falling to 89.89%.
