TSH Resources Berhad said that Aberdeen Group plc has reduced its deemed interest in the company.

On Sep, 10 2026, Citibank Berhad, acting as custodian for funds managed by Aberdeen Group’s subsidiaries, disposed of 352,100 TSH Resources ordinary shares.

Post-transaction, Aberdeen Group’s deemed stake stands at 62,014,000 shares, representing 5.046% of TSH Resources’ issued share capital. The interest is held through Citibank Berhad (61,566,500 shares) and Citibank N.A. (447,500 shares).

The disposal was disclosed in a notice dated Sep, 11 2026 and received by TSH Resources on Sep, 14 2026.
