REGO INTERACT (ASX: 02422) has announced that Ms. Yang Chao has resigned from her position as the company's Co-Company Secretary, effective June 12, 2026. Her resignation is due to other work commitments.

Following her resignation, Ms. Yang will continue in her role as General Manager of the company's Compliance Department. The company's other Co-Company Secretary, Mr. You Zilin, will remain in his position and will assume the role of the sole Company Secretary for the company.
