SEEC Media Group Limited (Stock Code: 205) released details of its board of directors and committee memberships effective 28 November 2025.

The executive directors are Zhou Hongtao, Li Leong, Wu Mansheng (Chairman), and Li Zhen. The independent non-executive directors are Law Chi Hung, Fang Ying, and Guo Hui.

Law Chi Hung serves as chairman of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee. Fang Ying chairs the Nomination Committee and is a member of the other two committees. Guo Hui is a member of all three committees.
