In January 2026, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, GFL International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ganfeng International"), sold 32.19 million ordinary shares of PLS Group Ltd (formerly known as Pilbara Minerals Limited, stock code: PLS, hereinafter referred to as "PLS") through a block trade on the secondary market. The total proceeds from the sale (after deducting transaction fees and other expenses) amounted to approximately A$160 million. Following this divestment, Ganfeng International still holds 140,494,971 ordinary shares of PLS (including the portion related to the collar option transaction), representing approximately 4.36% of PLS's total issued ordinary shares as of the current date.
