The documents can be accessed through the company’s website (www.midland.com.hk) and the HKEX market website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Key operational arrangements:

1. Distribution format • The board encourages shareholders to review the web-based versions. • Non-registered shareholders may obtain printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong share registrar.

2. Request procedure • Submit the signed request form by post (using the prepaid mailing label) to 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email it to 1200-ecom@vistra.com. • The instruction will apply to all future corporate communications until 31 May 2027 unless amended by written notice.

3. Electronic notification • Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide valid email addresses to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited so that the company can deliver electronic notices of publication. • If no functional email or postal address is supplied via these intermediaries, no further publication notices will be dispatched.
