Shenzhen Xunce Technology Co., Ltd. (XUNCE; 03317) has signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation with Lutech S.p.A., a Milan-headquartered digital and artificial-intelligence services specialist employing more than 6,000 professionals and generating annual revenue of roughly EUR 1.00 billion.
Under the MoU, the partners will pursue three core initiatives:
1. Co-development of AI transformation solutions for the European market that comply with EU data-sovereignty and regulatory standards. XUNCE will provide real-time AI data-infrastructure technology, while Lutech contributes regional industry expertise and compliance capabilities.
2. Joint commercial deployment of XUNCE’s AI Token Factory and related integrated offerings across Europe, leveraging both firms’ customer bases, sales channels and brand recognition to speed adoption.
3. Establishment of a cross-border innovation ecosystem focused on AI and secure data infrastructure, aiming to deliver secure, compliant and trustworthy solutions that set an industry benchmark for Sino-European collaboration.
Lutech and its beneficial owner are independent third parties in relation to XUNCE. The MoU outlines the framework for cooperation; detailed contractual terms will be finalised following further negotiations and requisite corporate and regulatory approvals.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in XUNCE shares, as the MoU is non-binding and subject to future definitive agreements.
