Sterling Group Holdings Limited has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Annual Report 2026, accompanying circular, notice of annual general meeting and proxy form are now available on both the company website (www.sterlingapparel.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously opted for physical mailings will receive printed copies enclosed with the notification letter dated 7 August 2026.

To curb printing and mailing costs, Sterling Group recommends shareholders access the online (“Website Version”) documents and subscribe to future corporate communications by email. Those preferring hard-copy materials, or encountering difficulties in receiving electronic notifications, may complete and return the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email to 1825-ecom@vistra.com; all printed copies will be provided free of charge.

The company emphasises that shareholders bear responsibility for supplying and updating a valid email address. Absent a functional address, Sterling Group will dispatch future notices of publication and actionable corporate communications solely in printed form until an email contact is received.
