MGM CHINA (HKEX: 02282) announced a series of share transactions culminating in the cancellation of repurchased stock.

The company issued 11,900 new shares on July 6, 2026, following the exercise of options by qualified individuals under the company's share option scheme.

A further issuance of 52,500 shares occurred on July 8, 2026, also due to the exercise of options granted under the same plan.

On July 9, 2026, an additional 5,700 shares were issued for the same reason, related to the company's share option scheme.

Subsequently, 30,000 more shares were issued on July 10, 2026, as a result of option exercises by qualified persons.

Finally, on July 16, 2026, the company proceeded to cancel 38,100 shares that had been previously repurchased.
