Parkway Life REIT issues 166,139 new units to settle management fees

Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust said on Feb, 19 2026 that 166,139 new units have been issued to its manager, Parkway Trust Management Limited, as payment for management fees.

The units were issued at an average price of about 4.02 Singapore dollars each, covering part of the base management fee for the period from Oct, 01 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, and the full‐year performance fee for Jan, 01 2025 to Dec, 31 2025.

Following the transaction, the total number of units in issue stands at 652.65 million, of which the manager now holds roughly 1.63 million units.
