BYTE META (08645) announced that the company has entered into an authorization memorandum with Lighthouse Immersive Studios Touring Inc. ("Lighthouse Studios") and Beijing Haotoon Co., Ltd. ("Beijing Haotoon") regarding cooperation for the operation and promotion of "Disney Animation Immersive Experience" projects in mainland China.

According to the memorandum, Lighthouse Studios has obtained authorization from The Walt Disney Company to develop, produce, and showcase "Disney Animation Immersive Experience" globally, as well as the right to authorize third parties to conduct related business. Lighthouse Studios agrees to authorize the company and Beijing Haotoon to jointly promote and operate "Disney Immersive Experience Centers" in up to five cities in mainland China.

All parties have agreed to grant the operational rights of this project to a Hong Kong company, Lululala., Ltd. The authorization described in this memorandum is subject to final approval by The Walt Disney Company.

The board of directors believes that Disney is an internationally renowned brand, and the company's ability to obtain authorization alongside Beijing Haotoon to operate "Disney Immersive Experience Centers" in China demonstrates the group's market operational capabilities and brand promotion strength in the metaverse business sector.

The group will continue to focus on expanding more immersive experiences and other metaverse businesses based on light and shadow technology, enhancing BYTE META's brand value and influence.
