Hongkong Land Holdings Limited announced it bought back 304,700 ordinary shares on Jul, 1 2026 at prices ranging from US$7.08 to US$7.22 per share, with a weighted average of US$7.1203.

The repurchased shares will be cancelled. Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital totals 2,137,951,726 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right, and it holds no treasury shares.

Investors can use the updated share count to assess any disclosure obligations under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
