Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited has informed its non-registered shareholders that both the English and Chinese versions of its Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available online. The documents can be accessed in the Investor Relations section of the company’s website (ir.ksyun.com) and on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who prefer hard copies may complete and return the printed request form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Mailing is free of charge within Hong Kong when using the pre-printed label, while overseas requests require appropriate postage. The request form can also be downloaded from the same web pages.

By submitting the form, investors will receive all future corporate communications in their chosen language and printed format until a written notice of change is provided or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.
