On 12 February 2026, China Mobile Limited (Stock Codes: 941 and 80941) announced its latest board structure. The Board comprises Executive Directors led by Chairman Chen Zhongyue and Chief Financial Officer Li Ronghua, as well as several Independent Non-Executive Directors.

Four committees were also confirmed. The Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee both include members led by Chairman Yiu Kin Wah Stephen and Independent Non-Executive Directors Yang Qiang, Lee Ka Sze Carmelo, and Leung Ko May Yee Margaret. The Nomination Committee is chaired by Yang Qiang, with Yiu Kin Wah Stephen, Lee Ka Sze Carmelo, and Leung Ko May Yee Margaret serving as members. The Sustainability Committee is chaired by Leung Ko May Yee Margaret and joined by Li Ronghua and Lee Ka Sze Carmelo.
