Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it bought back 15,000 ordinary shares on Apr, 22 2026 at an average price of US$73.2478 per share.

The company will cancel the repurchased shares. After the transaction, its issued share capital comprises 293,000,530 ordinary shares with one vote each, and it holds no treasury shares.

Jardine Matheson noted that shareholders may use the updated share-count figure when calculating disclosure thresholds under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s regulations.
