ROBOTPHOENIX (06871) Soars Nearly 80% on Trading Debut, Following Record-Breaking Oversubscription

ROBOTPHOENIX (06871) commenced trading today. According to the listing announcement, the shares were priced at HKD 30.5 each. The company issued a total of 24.6 million shares, with a board lot size of 100 shares, raising net proceeds of approximately HKD 673 million. At the time of writing, the stock was up 79.18%, trading at HKD 54.65, with a turnover of HKD 376 million.

The prospectus indicates that ROBOTPHOENIX is a Chinese industrial robotics enterprise. It focuses on the design, research and development, manufacturing, and commercialization of industrial robots, providing comprehensive robotic solutions, with a deep focus on light industrial application scenarios.

Notably, the public offering portion of ROBOTPHOENIX recorded an oversubscription of approximately 14,855.40 times. This officially places it at the top of the list for Hong Kong stock IPO oversubscription, making it the first company in Hong Kong stock history to achieve a ten-thousand-fold oversubscription for a Main Board listing.

According to a Frost & Sullivan report, based on 2025 revenue projections, ROBOTPHOENIX ranks as the fourth-largest domestic enterprise among Chinese industrial robotics and related solution suppliers focused on light industrial application scenarios. The same data source also notes that the company is one of the few robotics firms in China with the capability for large-scale coverage of industrial robots and related solutions. It assists corporate clients across various industries in enhancing production efficiency, optimizing production costs, and improving product quality, ultimately driving their intelligent transformation.
