(Kinergy) has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2025, the accompanying circular, notice of the 2026 annual general meeting (AGM) and the related proxy form are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.KinergyCorp.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard copies may submit the enclosed request form to Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited—Kinergy’s Hong Kong branch share registrar—at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Postage is waived for local mail. Alternatively, the completed form can be emailed to ir@KinergyCorp.com. Downloadable versions of the request form are available on the same company and HKEX web pages.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited may elect to receive future corporate communications electronically by supplying their email address to these intermediaries. Until a functional email address is provided, notices of publication will continue to be dispatched in printed form.
