Bitcoin Support Level Repeatedly Tested, Market Awaits Confirmation

On July 29th, Bitcoin consolidated around the $63,100 mark, with technical traders identifying this level as a critical short-term bull-bear boundary. After the price declined from its highs, it did not rapidly expand the downturn, suggesting initial support.

A sustained defense of this support level by buyers is considered the core metric for assessing the quality of any potential rebound. The market is also closely monitoring the upcoming Federal Reserve decision, the performance of technology stocks, and ETF fund flows.

If macro pressures do not intensify further, Bitcoin may first undergo a period of repair around the support zone. However, if trading volume remains insufficient, a retest of the lower boundary remains a distinct possibility.

From a derivatives perspective, positions with high leverage can amplify price swings when volatility expands. A synchronized analysis of funding rates, liquidation volumes, and spot market trading activity is necessary, as no single technical pattern is sufficient to confirm a trend reversal.

Furthermore, on-chain activity and net inflows to exchanges are worth tracking. If selling pressure decreases but the price still fails to rebound, it indicates that external capital is waiting for a clearer catalyst before entering.

Capital will continue to compare the three signals of price, volume, and expectations. A trend judgment is only considered reliable when these signals are mutually reinforcing. Subsequent attention should be focused on the buying support near the $63,000 level, changes in the US dollar index, and institutional fund flows.

In the current view, Bitcoin remains in a defensive confirmation phase in the short term. Only a decisive, high-volume move back above a key resistance level will improve market sentiment.
