Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust said Independent Director Mario Boselli will retire and step down from the board on Feb, 13 2026.

Following his departure, the board will comprise Non-Executive and Non-Independent Chairman Xu Rongcan, Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director Yang Xue, Lead Independent Director Gu Qingyang, and Independent Directors Cheng Heng Tan and Wu Geng.

The trust’s manager thanked Boselli, who has served since Sasseur REIT’s initial public offering, for his contributions.
