Offline, nearly 30,000 JD MALLs, JD Electronics City Flagship Stores, JD Homes, and JD Appliance Specialty Stores across the country are simultaneously prepared. To better support the widespread implementation of the trade-in policy and further boost rural consumption, JD.com, while facilitating the trade-in program, has allocated nearly 300 billion yuan cumulatively in 2025 for townships and areas below that level, dedicated to product subsidies, marketing promotions, logistics fulfillment, and service capacity enhancement. To enhance the national subsidy experience, JD.com offers additional subsidies for recycling old appliances, provides integrated "delivery, installation, disassembly, and collection" services, and a "Three Frees, Four No Limits" service (free door-to-door pickup, free disassembly, and free removal of old units; no restrictions on the original purchase channel, brand, age, or condition of the old appliance). For 3C digital products, JD.com can deliver to the customer's doorstep and complete on-site receipt and activation, allowing consumers to upgrade their devices without leaving home. Regarding fund security, JD.com utilizes a fully digitalized process to ensure compliance and traceability of funds.
