Kingboard Laminates Holdings Limited (01888) disclosed in its monthly return for November 2025 that its authorized share capital remained unchanged at HKD 2,000,000,000, consisting of 20,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.1 each.

The number of issued ordinary shares increased from 3,120,000,000 to 3,134,575,000 due to the exercise of 14,575,000 share options granted on 28 July 2023. These options had an exercise price of HKD 7.80 per share, raising total subscription proceeds of HKD 113,685,000. Following this exercise, the issuer now has 3,134,575,000 issued shares.
