Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (Datang Power) has issued a proxy form for its third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026, scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on 28 August 2026 in the 1616 Conference Room of the company’s head office at No. 9 Guangningbo Street, Xicheng District, Beijing.

The sole ordinary resolution on the agenda—conducted by cumulative voting—seeks shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Sun Yanwen as an executive director to the twelfth session of the Board. Shareholders will be entitled to cast votes equal to the number of shares held multiplied by the number of executive director positions up for election.

H-shareholders wishing to vote by proxy must submit completed forms, together with any required notarised authorisations, to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
