CircuTech International Holdings Limited (the “Company”), listed on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under stock code 8051, has released an updated company information sheet as of 4 December 2025.

The Company, incorporated in the Cayman Islands and initially listed on 8 May 2001, specializes in providing a wide range of IT products and equipment. It maintains an extensive distribution network and marketing coverage in various global markets. As of the latest update, it has 26,038,783 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying a par value of HK$0.20.

Foxconn (Far East) Limited holds approximately 45.52% in the Company as a substantial shareholder, while Hong Kong Kintex Worldwide Limited holds around 10.00%, and a further 10.37% is attributed to Mr. Lin Weiru chiefly through his direct and spousal interests. The Company’s board of directors comprises one executive director, three non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors. The Company confirms there are no outstanding share options under its existing share option scheme adopted on 11 November 2016.
