Madison Holdings Group Limited announced on 25 March 2026 that, effective 26 March 2026, Ms. Tse Ka Yan will step down from her roles as Company Secretary, Authorised Representative under GEM Listing Rule 5.24, and Process Agent under Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance. Ms. Tse confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.

Concurrently, Mr. Lee Man Tai has been appointed to all three positions. Mr. Lee is a fellow of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lingnan University (2000) and an MBA from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2010). Licensed as a representative and responsible officer for Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) activities since 2017 and 2020 respectively, Mr. Lee brings approximately 25 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial management and company secretarial services. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of China New Consumption Group Limited (GEM: 8275) since 2021, becoming joint company secretary in December 2023.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Tse’s contributions and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Lee in his new capacities.
