China Southern Airlines (01055) announced that KPMG Huazhen LLP and KPMG (collectively, "KPMG") have served as the company's auditors for ten consecutive years. In accordance with the relevant regulations of the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-Owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," and following a public tender process and the bidding results, the company's Board of Directors, upon receiving the recommendation from the Board's Audit and Risk Management Committee, has resolved to propose the appointment of ShineWing Certified Public Accountants as the company's domestic auditor and internal control auditor for the 2026 fiscal year, and ShineWing (HK) CPA Limited as the international auditor for 2026 (collectively, "ShineWing"). KPMG will formally retire as the company's auditor upon completion of the audit for the 2025 annual results and the publication of the 2025 Annual Report.
