KANTONE HOLDING (01059) announced that Ms. Du Yanfang has decided to resign from her positions as Executive Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Company, as she needs to devote more time to other matters. Ms. Du has also resigned from her role as the Company's Authorized Representative as required under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Ms. Du has provided the Company with notice of her resignation, and the Company has agreed to her resignation from the positions of Executive Director, Chairman of Investment Committee, and Authorized Representative, effective from August 2, 2025.
