First Sponsor (ADN) details acquisitions, divestment and new JV for 1H26

First Sponsor (ADN) on Aug, 3 2026 outlined a series of transactions carried out in the six months to Jun, 30 2026, covering new investments in China and Europe as well as a mainland China divestment.

The group formed a 45%-owned associated company, Chengdu Huamu Wuzhou Supply Chain Management, in China with registered capital of about 0.2 million Singapore dollars. No capital has been injected to date.

In the Netherlands, indirect subsidiary FS NL Holdings lifted its stake in NL Coolsingel Property 21 B.V. – owner of Rotterdam’s Allianz Tower – from 33% to 50% for roughly 3.6 million Singapore dollars.

Two hotel investments in Amsterdam were also completed. Ps 46.10 B.V. paid about 43.4 million Singapore dollars, including shareholder loans, for a 33% limited-partner interest in Hotel 22 Amsterdam Symphony, owner of the 207-room Crowne Plaza Amsterdam South. Separately, FS NL Holdings acquired a 33% membership in NL Prinsengracht Hotel 23 Cooperative – owner of the 122-room Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and adjoining offices – for about 129.5 million Singapore dollars, including bridge financing.

On the divestment side, First Sponsor sold its 90% stakes in three Dongguan “East Sun” entities, which collectively held a 49% interest in Dongguan Wan Li Group, for roughly 17.0 million Singapore dollars. The assets carried an aggregate net asset value of about 19.5 million Singapore dollars.

First Sponsor said none of the above transactions is expected to have a material impact on its earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
