Techtronic Ind repurchases 32,000 shares for HKD 4.13 million; cumulative buybacks reach 2.43 million under 2026 mandate

Techtronic Industries Company Limited (Techtronic Ind) reported a further on-market share repurchase on 20 July 2026, buying back 32,000 ordinary shares at prices between HKD 128.40 and HKD 129.80 per share. The transaction cost totalled HKD 4.13 million.

The company’s issued share capital remained at 1.83 billion shares, as the repurchased shares have yet to be cancelled. Between 30 June and 20 July, Techtronic Ind accumulated 477,000 shares pending cancellation, equivalent to approximately 0.03 % of the current issued share base.

Repurchases since the 8 May 2026 shareholder mandate now stand at 2.43 million shares, representing 0.13 % of the 1.83 billion shares outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate permits the company to buy back up to 182.98 million shares. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales remains in force until 19 August 2026 following the latest buyback.

All repurchases were conducted in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board rules, and no new shares were issued during the period covered by the disclosure.
